Eat & Make Chocolate-Virtual Workshop-Coming soon!
Do you love chocolate? If so then this the event for you! By attending this event you will be supporting Intertwined Conservation's efforts to save wildlife in Costa Rica and supporting one of our partner companies that donates a percentage of all of their chocolate to Tapir Conservation.
In this virtual chocolate workshop, our conservation partners and expert chocolate makers at Tapir Chocolates will show you process of turning the cocoa fruit into a delicious chocolate bar.
You will learn a little history about cocoa, see what the fruit looks like fresh off the tree and learn the different stages the cocoa seeds go through to become the delicious chocolate we know and love today.
Each participant will make their own chocolates, using an appropriate tempering technique and mixing them with all their favorite ingredients to create your very own unique chocolate creation!
Lastly, you will learn packaging ideas so that you can share your chocolate creation as gifts.
This is going to be a super fun workshop and we are so excited to introduce you to Lucia and Mauricio from Tapir Chocolates and learn all about the work they do. Once your ticket is purchased we will send over a link to get you access into the workshop.
